Sonja Ni'chelle brings over two decades of experience in corporate training, early childhood education, and community wellness to her work as the founder of Purpose 2 Flourish. A certified trauma-informed coach, life coach, and mental health advocate,
Sonja combines lived experience as a survivor of complex trauma with professional expertise to help guide others on their healing journeys with honesty, empathy, and strength.​ She is also an author of wellness-centered children’s books and emotional growth tools designed for families and communities. She is also a large contributor to our monthly magazine, 'Purpose 2 Flourish' Magazine.
Sonja’s mission is simple: To help people feel safe in their bodies, clear in their minds, and empowered in their everyday lives.
