Sonja Ni’celle is a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, author, and founder of Purpose 2 Flourish, a wellness and empowerment brand dedicated to helping individuals feel better and thrive. As someone who has navigated and overcome complex trauma, Sonja brings a deeply personal understanding to her work, creating safe and practical pathways for others to rebuild, grow, and flourish.

Her lived experience fuels her mission to bridge the gap between knowledge and action. Through science-backed strategies, holistic wellness practices, creative education, and faith-infused inspiration, Sonja equips individuals and communities with accessible tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
